Audi has released a three minute film about the making of the R8 Spyder. Hand-built by quattro GmbH at the Neckarsulm plant, it is priced from 156,400 euros(228,800 U.S. dollars) in Germany.

The R8 Spyder is powered by a 525 horsepower 5.2-liter V10 engine, with power sent to all four wheels. 0-100 km/h (62 mph) comes in 4.1 seconds, while the top speed is 313 km/h (194 mph).
