Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon EditionA total of 1,270 Porsche Carrera GTs were built between 2004–2006. Now three years after the last Carrera GT rolled of the assembly line there are still tuners who are making this über-Porsche even more exclusive and faster.

Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon Edition will be limited to just 5 units. Prices start at 298,000 euros (422 564 U.S. dollars) plus the stock Carrera GT.

Most body parts are made of ultra-light and high-strength carbon material. Of course everything is tested in the wind tunnel. Gemballa engineers have boosted the power from 558 hp tp 670 hp. Sprint time from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) is now 3.7 seconds(3.9 seconds on the stock Carrera GT). Top speed is 335 km/h (208 mph).

For all that money you will also get Gemballa’s hydraulic, height-adjustable coilover kit for perfect road handling. In addition to exterior modification Gemballa has upgraded the interior from the floor room to the roof lining. For an enhanced gas pedal response, the GEMBALLA technicians fit a sports clutch with special pads. This should make take-off smoother than in the stock car.
