British tuner Oakley Design has released their tuning programme for the Ferrari 458 Italia. Production will be limited to 5 cars, each individually numbered.

Aerodynamic changes start with a new carbon-fiber front spoiler lip that add 45 kg of downforce over the front axle at 150 mph (240 km/h). There is also a new rear spoiler with Gurney flap that adds 25 kg of downforce at that speed. Other aerodynamic changes include a new radiator vent, air exit ducts beside the headlamps, new side sills and a new rear and underbody diffuser.

Part of the visual change are also a carbon-fiber roof panel, mirror covers and engine cover insert below the rear window glass.

Compared to the stock 458 Italia it is 65 kg lighter, and thanks to ECU tuning power is increased from 570 hp to 627 hp. Torque is up from 540 Nm to 567 Nm. Thanks to these changes 0-100 km/h is now around 3.0 seconds, while the top speed is over 330 km/h.

All this rides on lightweight 20-inch OZ wheels wrapped with Pirelli Trofeo tires. Those who don’t want the complete package can purchase individual parts from the tuner.
