Bugatti Debuts Super Sport At 2010 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance
As widely reported and drooled over on major auto blogs (including our own) the 1,200 hp Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport recently garnered the coveted production car land speed record with a sizzling 268 mph pace at Ehra-Lessien, Germany. As the world’s fastest car, the Super Sport is certainly not lacking in the buzz department.
The Super Sport finally made it’s public debut yesterday in Moneterey, California at the 2010 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the 60th annual prestigious gathering of classic car owners and enthusiasts. The first five World Record Edition Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sports sporting a special black exposed carbon and orange finish have now given way to a less controversial blue carbon fiber paint scheme. Additionally, the world record-setting car is rumored to be at the Laguna Seca track.
